Meet the founder

Brienne Bastianelli, MSN, APRN, is a wellness practitioner dedicated to transforming the wellness and aesthetics industry through a personalized, patient-centered approach. Brienne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Madonna University and is currently finishing her Doctor of Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP-FNP) degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, graduating in May 2025. With a deep passion for mind-body medicine and aesthetics, Brienne’s mission is to create a wellness practice that breaks away from the conventional healthcare model. She believes in truly listening to her patients’ concerns and collaborating to develop individualized treatment plans that foster both internal wellness and external confidence. Brienne specializes in neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, biofiller, and PRP/PRF treatments including sexual health and hair restoration. Her mission includes ensuring that each client’s journey to health and beauty is uniquely tailored to their needs. Her goal is to expand her offerings to a full-service wellness practice, integrating specialty diagnostic testing, weight loss programs, and hormone replacement therapy upon completing her DNP. Brienne’s long-term vision is to help her patients achieve optimal health—inside and out—by addressing the whole person. Through innovative, individualized care, she strives to empower her clients to reach their fullest potential.
